Madison Mallards Internship

During my internship with the Madison Mallards, I made a video production surrounding my duties at the Mallards and took ownership of the "Game Day Sheet," a document that was distributed to all the departments to ensure logistics organization wide. I transformed the raw data directly from the ticketing system into a clear and actionable graphic ensuring accuracy through Excel tracking and inter-departmental communication. This internship and project honed my ability to manage a tight deadline while also analyzing complex details under pressure, leading to a direct impact on the Madison Mallards operational efficiency and setting a foundation for a greater consumer experience the day of the game.
PROJECT #2

I designed a campaign to persuade and motivate public action toward sustainability by thoughtfully using AI tools such as Lumen5, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and ElevenLabs, all within clear ethical boundaries. Guided by Cialdini’s principles of persuasion, I worked to connect environmental scarcity to current human actions while encouraging motivation instead of fear or guilt. Throughout this process, I reflected on my responsibility as a communicator to ensure that every AI-assisted output was factual, inclusive, and respectful. When I discovered that AI-generated content contained false celebrity quotes, I took ownership by fact-checking and revising them myself. This experience showed me that communicators must uphold integrity even when technology fails. Through this campaign, I learned to see AI as a creative partner that can support, but never replace, human intent. These tools helped me streamline production and generate ideas, but it was my ethical reasoning and critical thinking that gave the campaign its authenticity and impact. This project reinforced my belief that responsible storytelling and intentional communication are essential to creating meaningful digital content.
